Permanently delete your account

This removes your member account and associated stored data from our servers immediately. This action cannot be undone.

What we delete

• Your username, email, and account preferences
• Saved divination profile and reading cache on our servers
• Web push subscription records for this account
• GCash receipt claims and shop order records tied to this account

What may remain

• Short-lived server or security logs (not used to restore your account)
• Records held by payment or ad providers outside our database (e.g. Google Play, AdMob, RevenueCat)
• An active Google Play subscription to skip rewarded ads is tied to your Google account — cancel it in Google Play if needed
