Follow these steps during your session. Read the introduction or advanced steps.
Step 1: Entering the Alpha State
The Alpha state (8–14 Hz) is a relaxed but alert mental state where the subconscious mind is open to programming. It is the gateway to deeper levels of awareness.

Relax Your Body & Mind
- Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down.
- Close your eyes and take slow, deep breaths.

Breathing Technique (4-4-4 Method)
- Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds.
- Repeat until a sense of deep relaxation sets in.

The 3-2-1 AlphaStrands relaxation
- Visualize the number 3 and feel a wave of relaxation wash over your body.
- Visualize the number 2 and sense your thoughts slowing down.
- Visualize the number 1 and allow yourself to sink into deep tranquility.

Awareness Expansion
- Imagine your mind expanding outward, as if floating in a peaceful space.
- Feel the presence of the Strand Spirit of God drawing near.
Once your mind is fully relaxed in alpha, continue with Steps 2 onward when you are ready.
