AlphaStrands Meditation
AlphaStrands Meditation is a guided relaxation flow that uses your resting BPM as a personal baseline before session pacing. You can measure pulse with camera-based PPG on supported phones or enter BPM manually, then move through timed breathing and focus cues tuned to your starting state. The design emphasizes reproducible self-regulation: same baseline, same protocol, clearer comparison of how your body settles across sessions. Saved baseline support helps make repeat practice fast, while onboarding hints reduce camera error during measurement. Finger on camera first
On a smartphone, press your fingertip firmly over the rear camera lens (the flash lighting through your finger helps). Hold still — we estimate pulse over about 30 seconds. Many laptops only have a webcam, so readings often fail; use a phone or enter your BPM manually below.
